Ellin is Executive Assistant to the General Counsel at Vestar. She joined the firm in 2000, and in addition to her work with General Counsel and other principals in the New York office, Ellin manages Compliance and Travel Coordination.

Prior to joining Vestar, Ellin worked at corporate law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in several departments, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Attorney Recruiting and Firm Administration.
