Caroline is a Vice President at Vestar.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at Jefferies. She began her career as an Analyst in the Debt Capital Markets group at PNC.

Caroline received a BBA in Finance and International Business from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
