Bob Guilbert joined Vestar in 2022 as a Senior Advisor to Vestar’s Business and Technology Services group, focused on the IT managed services provider (“MSP”) market. A global industry executive with more than 35 years of technology and financial services experience, Bob provides in-depth perspectives and insights on MSP businesses, operations, and M&A.

Previously, Bob was Managing Director and COO of Eze Castle Integration (“ECI”), a leading global MSP. He was responsible for all facets of operations, service delivery, strategic partnerships, and marketing globally. During his 14-year tenure, Bob drove ECI to become one of the world’s leading MSPs to alternative investments firms.

Prior to ECI, Bob held senior executive roles in marketing and business development at Digital Equipment Corp, EMC, Double-Take, and Virtual Iron Software. He currently serves as a Board Advisor to Omega Systems Consultants. Bob graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
