Bal is Executive Assistant to Vestar CEO Dan O’Connell. She joined Vestar in 2000 after an already extensive career with major financial companies, including Credit Suisse Asset Management, ING Barings M&A Group and Palladium Equity Partners.

Bal holds a degree in Business Administration from Warwickshire College in the United Kingdom.
