Shirley is the Management Company Controller at Vestar. She came to Vestar in 2008 from Apax Partners, and previously, Mousse Partners. She was an auditor in Deloitte & Touche’s investment management group, where she obtained her CPA experience.

Shirley holds a BA in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
